Electrical workThese are two parts of the same plan. The lifetime warranty is the promise: while you stay enrolled, covered gear that fails is replaced, and we do the labor to put it in. The maintenance plan is the upkeep that comes with it: batteries, a yearly remote check, firmware updates, and an upgrade when the system is outdated. We are the only company that includes the parts and the labor. Ask the shop what it costs on your system.

The warranty is the replacement. The maintenance plan is the care around it. Stay enrolled and both keep going. The first month can be added at checkout. You still own the gear.
Ask about the lifetime planWe do the swap here. The unit does not go back to the factory for you to wait on.
A covered camera, recorder, or door piece fails. We bring the replacement and a technician installs it. That coverage lasts as long as you stay on the plan.
Parts and laborOnce a year we check the system from the office. We handle firmware and security updates. Batteries are covered. When the system is outdated, it gets an upgrade.
The upkeepThe manufacturer warranty still comes with the order. This plan is optional. Ask, and the monthly price for your gear goes on the quote.
Call the shopBoth are real. They are not the same promise. The quote says which one you are buying.
3 years on CCTV cameras and recorders. 2 years on other equipment. That is the factory warranty. If a unit has to go back to the manufacturer, you pay shipping both ways. It does not include batteries, act-of-God damage, or a technician coming out to swap it.

Ajax monitoring priceAjax monitoring is $44.95 a month. Twelve months paid at checkout is $539.40. That checkout price is what takes 50% off the Ajax gear and includes equipment and battery replacement while you stay monitored. Decline it and the gear is full price, with no monitoring.
Nothing is scheduled until you approve it. The sheet you approve is the job.
